Due to the rising prices of shipping we ship 2-3 Day Priority via the USPS only.  The Roach Ranch will pick up 100% of your shipping expense no matter where you are ordering from! That's right.. FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE!  All orders are shipped w/ a Delivery Confirmation not requiring a signature unless otherwise noted by the customer in the shipping information when ordering.  Orders are shipped 6 days a week Monday - Saturday.

TERMS!

The Roach Ranch guarantees all orders 100% live arrival!

All unsatisfactory orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment or our Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void.

All orders are shipped w/ a DELIVERY Confirmation unless otherwise specified by the customer.  If you would like to sign for your order then you must specify that in the shipping information when ordering.

Orders must be received by 12pm EST to be eligible for same day shipping.

Any order w/ a unacceptable mortality rate of 25% or higher will be re-shipped FREE of charge w/ photographic evidence.

The Roach Ranch also reserves the right to ask for the unsatisfactory shipment back, and will take care of the shipping expenses in this instance.

The Roach Ranch reserves the right to hold back any order due to improper shipping weather such as a deep freeze or heat wave, where the heat index reaches 90 degrees or higher.
